League Participation Affiliate Agreement

This League Participation Agreement is by and between the Undersigned Football Club (hereinafter “Affiliated Team(s)”) and the New England Youth Tackle Football Inc. (hereinafter “NEYT”).  In consideration of the Affiliated Team(s)’ agreement to be bound by the terms of this League Participation Agreement and the NEYT rules and regulations, the undersigned Team hereby agrees to participate in the NEYT’s Spring Football season (Dates Spanning March 1, 2026 – July 1, 2026) upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
 
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.  You may also request a pay by bank check.

2026 Season Outline

October 15th:
  • GM Agreement Deadline for Spring Tackle 2026
  • Teams Confirmation
November 18th:
  • GM / Franchise agreement submission due.
  • GM Meeting – Rulebook Voting / New Teams Voting
  • Team Confirmation
December 1st:
  • Deposit - $500 deposit due
  • Player Registration Opens for Spring Tackle 2026
January 15th:
  • First payment due. 25% of total amount due
  • Practice field notification due
  • Tryouts & Workouts begin 
  • GM / Franchise agreement submission due.
February 15th:
  • Second payment due. 50% of total amount due
  • Insurance payment due $1,200 (Preliminary Balance)
  • Staff Background Checks Due
  • Coach Certifications & NSID due
  • Home Field Games Due Date
    1. Organizations are responsible for submitting 4 home games dates.
    2. A minimum of two will be awarded.
March 1st:
  • Spring Tackle Season Begins
  • Teams may start practice.
  • NSID Coaches Due for declared levels.
March 15th:
  • Third Payment due. 75% of total amount due
April 10th:
  • NSID Lock. 
  • FINAL PAYMENT DUE. 100% OF TOTAL AMOUNT
  • Registrations CLOSED
May 21st:
  • Final Roster Selection for All-star Game

Background Check Administration
>NEYT will do all possible to ensure all volunteers and coaches are properly vetted.
>Volunteer pays for the Background check.
>Background checks will be done by NSID
 
Premier League (By Selection Only) $2,000
>Mandatory age groups are 9U / 11U / 13U
>Max Roster size is 36 kids per team
>Minimum Roster Size to certify is 18
>Age is based on “League Age” determined by the player’s age as of July 1st, 2026
>Players may play up only ONE division from their age group. 
>No play down waivers.
>14U is not mandatory- cannot turn 15 during regular season - Single Teams May Join
 
Standard Spring League - $2,000
>Mandatory age groups are 9U / 11U / 13U
>Max Roster size is 36 kids per team
>Minimum Roster Size to certify is 18
>Age is based on “League Age” determined by the player’s age as of July 1st, 2026
>Players may play up only ONE division from their age group. 
>No play down waivers.
>14U is not mandatory- cannot turn 15 during regular season
 
Single Levels
>14u  open single level
>Single level organizations  cost is $1,000.00 per level

SEASON DATES: No games are scheduled for  “Memorial Day Weekend”, as that is the NEYT All-American Tournament all players are encouraged to attend.

MARCH 1st:  Teams may start practice.
MARCH 28th & 29th –  Jamboree (Weather Pending Event) 
APRIL 4 - Jamboree ( Alternate Date) / Eastern Sunday
APRIL 11 – Bye Week 
APRIL 18 – Week 1 – Game 1
APRIL 25 – Week 2 –Game 2
May 2 – Week 3 – Game 3
May 9 –Week 4 – Game 4- Last week to make up games
May 16 – Week 5 – First Round Playoffs (Do or Die) 
May 23 – Week 6 –By week / Memorial Day Weekend
May 30 – Week 8 – Playoffs Round 2 (Top 8 Teams)
June  6 – Week 9 –Playoffs Round 3 (Top 4 Teams)
June  13 – Week 10 – Championship Games 
June  20 – Final Week – All-Star Game
June 27 - July 1 / Spring Nationals Ohio

Team responsibilities:

>Participate in Jamboree
>Prepare to host at least 2 to 3 Home Games
>Pay for Referees during home games
>Pay for EMT at Home Games (League does not assign)
>Provide coaching staff support during clinics
>Participate in 1 League fundraiser
>Responsible for Home Game Fields, Practice Fields
>Follow NEYT Bylaws, Rules and Policies

Insurance Requirement:

Insurance Coverage Requirement:
1. General Aggregate $1,000,000 / $2,000,000
2. GENERAL LIABILITY
>4 tackle football teams / 103 participants
>$1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate 
>Sexual Abuse/ Molestation -$1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate. 
3.ACCIDENT & HEALTH – YOUTH PARTICIPANTS 
>Standard $250K Medical with a $250 Deductible
>Catastrophic $1,000,000 Medical with a $250 Deductible
>Catastrophic Accident Medical Expense $1,000,000 max coverage
4. CYBER LIABILITY
>$100,000 each occurrence
